This is a chance to explore the foundations of yoga in an accessible way. It is ideal for those who want to try it out, understand the basics, develop confidence, increase strength and flexibility and explore techniques for managing stress.
It will act as the perfect grounding for entering one of the other classes, or to go and confidently explore other classes and systems of yoga.
