Yoga gives you an opportunity to nurture yourself and connect with your baby. Your body will open, strengthen and rest, balancing any physical and emotional changes.
In classes we learn how to move with grace and ease, which means you can enjoy every day of your pregnancy. We also spend time on birthing comfort techniques, such as using the breath, active birthing positions and deep relaxation so you can feel fully prepared to meet your baby.
Classes are £48 for 6, which can be taken over 7 weeks. You can also switch between venues and times, space permitting. There is a PAYG option for £10/class and again this depends on spaces available. Please ask if you'd like flexibility and I'll always do my best to accommodate.
